Here is a guest’s first hand experience about our upfront prices and negotiation free buying process:
Our salesman, George, was fantastic. He was so easy to work with and completely non-pressure. The no haggle deal was refreshing and I have never been to a car dealership and had the kind of experience that we had at Grappone Toyota. WOW!!!!!
Feedback on your Negotiation experience
Non Negotiation should be a standard for the industry and other dealers should be taking notes. We left another dealer earlier in the week after the second round of ‘Let me talk to my manager.’
Feedback on your Final Paperwork experience
This is how buying a car should be. I still can’t believe that we wrapped up the deal and drove the RAV4 home that night! We truly intended to just browse and get info. And we kept these poor guys late and would have ahppily come back the next day to finish the deal. But they had no problem staying. Amazing!
Feedback on your Vehicle Delivery experience
Sign and drive. Couldn’t get any easier. I’ll happily send people to Grappone Toyota.
Feedback on the Dealership Facilities
I had read abut the new building in the local paper and how it was a LEED building. The facility is beautiful and environmentally responsible. Again, other dealerships had better be taking notes.
One thing dealer should continue to keep you a loyal customer
Don’t change a thing. This new program is awesome!
If you stopped by Grappone Toyota yesterday around 3 p.m. you might have noticed a photographer in the middle of the showroom. You would have also heard 4th generation owner, Amanda, playing the banjo.
No, Amanda is not going to be featured in a banjo magazine. Yes she really does play the banjo – she started about six weeks ago.
Why the photographer you ask?
Toyota Today magazine sent him. Grappone Toyota will be featured in the January – February edition. You are probably wondering what the article will be about. Well, we can tell you this:
-They took a group photo of Grappone team members.
-They took some photos of our meditation room.
-Some great shot of Amanda with her banjo.
-They took pictures of our Upfront Prices on the vehicles which come with a negotiation free buying process.
We are excited to read the article when it is published. Are you?
Grappone is introducing a low upfront price on every vehicle through a negotiation-free buying process.
What does this mean for you?
When you visit Grappone you will see a big yellow tag hanging from every windshield. These tags will list the MSRP, discount, any manufacture rebates and finally the price you will pay for the car.
Unlike traditional car tags, the price you see is the price you get. Our vehicles are individually priced based on equipment, availability, demand, and how long we have had them. We are confident that our low upfront pricing is highly competitive. So confident, in fact that we offer a three-day money back guarantee on any car or truck you purchase!
Our Product Specialists are not paid by commission, their job is to find you the least expensive car or truck at any of our stores that best fits your needs.
We are putting the fun back into buying cars. The back and forth negotiation process no longer exists at Grappone.
Are you amazed?
Grappone, Driven To Amaze!
In the Grappone Toyota parking lot there was a batch of freshly hatched snapping turtles. They were taking over the parking lot and would have been crushed by cars if they stayed where they were. A Grappone team member noticed these TINY creatures and helped them find their way to the river. There were at least a dozen of them.
30 minutes later a few team members went out to the parking lot to make sure they were all safe and found one more baby! Hopefully this little guy can find his family in the river!
The Tacoma TRD has a lot of great off-roading features.
Taylor, from Grappone Toyota, reviews these features in the mid-size pick up truck as well as other great things it has to offer!
